Google blocks my Adsense

Today morning when I opened my email I got an email from my folks to check for Google Adsense as no ads were getting displayed in our demo website… Sadly my @anandnataraj.com email id’s went not configured after we changed our server… Cost of that laziness is I didn’t receive Google’s email on blocking my account…

My assumption is I’ve posted Adsense ads on couple of our products demo sites which were apart from my domain… Anyways I’ve to goto Google Adsense support team and understand the reason for the ban and also check if there is any chance of revoking the ban…

If my assumption is right then again the problem is with Google because they rejected my proposal for a business account to showcase ads on our Product demos…

Anyways coming days are going to be interesting as I’ve to be active one;

Communicating with Adsense team & work a solution…
If finally I can’t get the ban revoked then it must be great opportunity to try options other than Google…

Good part of this Ban is I took time to configure my email Id and it is working now… Also Transferred my domain from Dotster to Godaddy which was pending for long because of the email problem…

My First Google AdSense Cheque

Yesterday received my first Google AdSense cheque for INR 4,652/-. I’ve been blogging for almost 5 years now and this is the money which I got it from the Ad posted in my Blog. It took me 5 years to accumulate this minimum amount. I’m sure it wont take another 5 years to earn the same money. I must thank all my readers who have motivated me to write often, Google for supporting bloggers by their AdSense model which makes us to earn a revenue from our hobby.

Though the amount is small I’m planning to invest it in some Mutual Funds instead of spending it unnecessarily. Here is the copy of the Cheque.

One of my dearest friend got separated from his biological uncle because of a tussle between his father and his fathers brothers. Two days back i got a call from a person claiming to be my friend’s cousin and he asked for my friends contact details to get re-united.

Then i passed my friends mobile number to his cousin and it was nice that they interacted.

I’m not specifying my friends name because my friends father is not interested with this re-union. But i’m happy because google & my blog has help someone to find their lost ones even they were unable to get re-united again.

Experimenting Google Keyboard Shortkuts

Anything happening with Google is a Buzz. Today when i went into google i got a message “Try Google Experimental” onÂ Google footer. Immediately my curiosity made to try that link and immediately explore what is new they are trying. In the morning i tried keyboard shortcuts and by now i became familiar with it and from now i think i might stop using mouse any more.

For those who are new to this can try these shortcuts.

First you have to goto http://www.google.com/experimental/ and enable the experiment option. From then you will be able to use following shortcut keys.

Key	Action
J	Selects the next result.
K	Selects the previous result.
O	Opens the selected result.
	Opens the selected result.
/	Puts the cursor in the search box.
	Removes the cursor from the search box.

What the crap is with Orkut??

What is this crap that too from a site run by Google… I’ve an Orkut.com account for last three years… Just logged into my Google adwords account which is a different from my orkut account… Now when I go to orkut it asks me to create a new account with my Google adword details… Also there is no link to tell that I already have an account or to clear the session… Please look at this screenshot and let me know if I missed out anything;

Google is known for itz simplicity and usability and this really disappoints…
