			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In recent times I&#8217;m approached by lots of youngsters who have zeal for entrepreneurship&#8230; They have wonderful ideas and some even have good execution plan&#8230; But what is common with all the folks is the dreaded word &#8220;Fear of Failure&#8221;&#8230; They approach me asking me to help them in execution&#8230; In simple terms it is their idea where is I&#8217;ve to;</p>
<ul>
<li>Invest in project&#8230;</li>
<li>Create, Build &amp; manage a team&#8230;</li>
<li>Manage and align all the stakeholders&#8230;</li>
<li>Market it to end user&#8230;</li>
</ul>
<p>What all I can get in return is their support from outside&#8230; Meaning they wont quit their job &amp; they will keep giving their thoughts&#8230; They quit and join me when everything is set and company comes to a comfortable position&#8230;</p>
<p>In simple words they want some third person to take the risk and they will share the benefits once the project is a success&#8230; If it fails they don&#8217;t have anything to loose other than some time they spend on meetings &amp; fringe jobs they do&#8230;</p>
<p>The reasons they have for not quitting their job immediately is;</p>
<ul>
<li>They have commitments (at the age of 24 &amp; they assume they will be out of commitment at 34)&#8230;</li>
<li>They have to gain some expertise &amp; experience&#8230;</li>
<li>They don&#8217;t have sufficient capital&#8230;</li>
</ul>
<p>For all those gentleman I&#8217;ve a simple answer&#8230; <strong>I&#8217;m not stupid</strong>&#8230; If your Fear Supersedes your Passion it your problem&#8230; I&#8217;ve no obligation to baby sit you for your success&#8230;</p>
<p>All I can tell is you are not an entrepreneur material because you don&#8217;t have traits such as;</p>
<ul>
<li>Guts</li>
<li>Enjoying Failures</li>
<li>Fire in your A$$</li>
</ul>
<p>Finally I&#8217;m sure you can&#8217;t become an entrepreneur until you change your attitude&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For long i wanted to change my mobile as my old low cost handset was having problem with its speaker. Also as a part of my new year resolution wanted to buy new handhelds and hack it. Other thing is i want to be a early bird for Web 3.0.</p>
<p>So as a apple freak i was almost about to go and buy an iPhone. But one of my friend confused me and didn&#8217;t allow me to buy an iPhone. He insisted me to go for a BlackBerry. He evangelized BlackBerry and still my passion for apple products made me blind and deaf.</p>
<p>Then for my birthday i got a combined gift from Balaji, Mom &amp; Sister and it was nothing other than a BlackBerry curve. In two days i activated the email &amp; IM options and within a day i fell for the product.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m using a BlackBerry for a week now and i can say there is a huge increase in my productivity. I don&#8217;t feel bored while waiting and I&#8217;m able to keep myself occupied.</p>
<p>For entrepreneurs i strongly recommend BlackBerry than any other business phones.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Young Creative Entrepreneur (YCE) Awards programme aims to develop a powerful professional network between creative entrepreneurs in India and the UK to inspire and facilitate the sharing of best practices in building skills and access to resources, professional development, markets, mentoring and resources thereby increasing opportunities for business between India and the UK.</p>
<p>A key objective is to sensitise the UK creative sector to the opportunities that come from working with creative entrepreneurs in emerging economies. A second objective is to better understand the dynamics of being an entrepreneur in the creative economy. Throughout the programme we seek opportunities to achieve both this sensitisation and understanding.</p>
<p>The International Young Creative Entrepreneur (IYCE) programme aims to celebrate the achievements and develop the potential of young creative entrepreneurs across the British Councilâ€™s international networks. India promotes enterprise awards in Music, Design, Fashion, Interactive, Screen, Publishing, Visual Arts, Communications and Performing Arts throughout the year.</p>
<p>Operating in parallel to the International programme, the UK Young Creative Entrepreneurs (UKYCE) awards was launched last year which seeks to create wider understanding within the UK of the potential of emerging economies as centres for trade, collaboration, cooperation and cultural exchange, and to provide leading young creative entrepreneurs with the opportunity to visit and interpret these opportunities for themselves.</p>
<p>The award programme, both international and UK, is unique in its focus on young creative entrepreneurs; recognising their centrality to the development of a competitive and sustainable creative economy. It is our intention to link the networks created through the international and UK awards, to amplify these opportunities. Quite simply, we believe that creative talent can be found anywhere and the next big idea can emerge from any country.</p>
