Diet Water – a new business idea

Went to Subway to have a sub along with Kavi… When he insisted for a different joint I denied it telling him I’m on diet… By the time when we were billing there was a guy who ordered for a diet coke…

By this time we got a call from the friend who was waiting for us at Cafe Coffee Day which was was located on the parallel street… When we asked for his order he said he wanted a green tea as he was in diet…

After our meeting Kavi was thirsty and he got a bottle of water… He offered me if I wanted to drink? And I denied… He was spontaneous telling it was a diet water…

I was startled… We had a big laugh and then we thought there was a great market if we. Considering the DIET market we though DIET WATER for sure will have great market…

We even thought of a name DIET ACQUA… So how do we differentiate from normal water is we are selling H1O instead of H2O

We know it was a crazy and funny discussion… But who knows in this crazy world with a whole lot of crazy people a DIET WATER can be a reality in future :)…

A day to Kumily

After a hectic official trip to Madurai it was some time to rejoice… So, decided to goto Kumily at a very Last minute… So, we decided to start by 7 in the morning… Since I had lot of work to be complete I got 2 CD’s and watched Band Baaja Bharat & Last GodFather movie and finished writing 2 blogs… Read some articles and washed my cloths…

By the time I finished all the work it was 6 in the morning and I gave a wake up call to my friend and took my bath… Then we all started by 7.30 AM and we started to drive straight to Kumily with s pit stop for BreakFast…

We stopped at Usilampatti in our favorite shop for breakfast… Then we had a small divine stop near the ayyanar temple en route to Theni… We drove non stop to Kumily and landed at Thekkady at the entrance of Periyar WildLife Sanctuary… On the entrance we were told that boating was full for the day… It was very unfortunate that I’ve been here twice and was unable to go for a boat ride both the occassion…

A guy in the entrance asked if we wanted to go for an elephant safari and we thought it would be better we did something… He took us a place which was a small farm where there were 8 elephants… We were charged Rs.300/- per person… It was a small 20 minute ride inside the farm…

Then we went inside tiger reserve forest until the lake and we took some snaps… Then it was time to watch some pretty girls… Also the climate was very pleasant… It was neither hot nor raining like it was in Tamil Nadu… Then we went to a canteen inside the park… We had some short bite and we proceeded back…

From there we went to Kattapana my favorate spot… Then it was time for some toddy and this time we went to a different toddy shot… Had toddy and then returned proceeded back to Madurai by 3 o clock… We reached madurai by 5 PM…

Then after completing my remaining meetings in office and writing this blog… I packed my bags back to Chennai… Overall it was a heart filling week at work and closing it with some great experience…

Escape Great Escape

After having a good lunch, hill climbing, scenic view & a round around the resort… We thought of taking walk thru the village which connects back entrance to the front…

That is when we saw a villager who was cutting grass from a distance… That is when Krishore said he looked like a man-eater, i responded telling CANNIBAL, Satheesh respondes telling he might hit us using a arrow… We were Laughing Out Loud and the guy gauged we were mocking at him…

He starting shouing at us… We smiled at each other and kept walking… We even said what will happens if he followed us… When we turned back he was following us for real and asked to stop…

We started walking fast and enterted the resort… By the time we started the car he was waiting for us with the sickle… We were scared if he would break the glass… But Krishore drove slowly as if we were going to stop and talk to him and he accilarated the car…

After reaching a distance we took a reverse trasing him… When he followed we went little further until he picked a stone… Then we drove some 2 KM until i provoked others braveness… Kriahore couldnt take it and he took a u-turn…

We parked the car a KM away and walked to yhe village… I knew we were inviting trouble; but offlate my life was moving without any fun… Wanted to try out something like FightClub sorts… Wanted to hit someone or get hit…

On reaching the guy he startes calling names… I’ve seen such things only on movies… Satheesh was aggressive and Krishore was handling it politely… People gathered… The guy said we teased his physic, face, size etc… For sure we teased him but not on sorts what he said… I promised we didnt tell such things… Aggression, Softness & Promise helped us to come out winning and finally we made the guy stand alone amongst his own people…

Though we didnt hit anyone or got hit like i wanted… It was a great feel finally as it was great facing herds of villagers against 3…

Finally it was a great feel… But some time later i wish i achieve my FightClub dream….

Must thank my friends Satheesh & Krishore for taking me to this exotic resort Kadambavanam which is located 25 KM from Madurai on natham road…

First of all kudos to the wonderful climate where in tiny hills were covered by mist which otherwise would be hot during summer…

It was wonderful scenic view of hills and villages… Resort has an ayyanar temple with lot other goda and navagraha… It was like a garden temple surrounded by lawns..

It had a auditorium which could accomidate some 100 + people… Also rooms were neat and economical….

Then went to the restaurent which had local villagers who didnt have an hotel management degree to cater… But their hospitality was far superior… Also the food was good and also was the bill… I’ve shelled out 4 times of what i paid in Chennai resorts…

Since we went on a weekday there was no buffet and cultural events… But i was told weekends has events like folk dance, parrot astrology, bharadanatiyam and many more traditional events…

After our lunch we climbed a tiny hill right on the restaurent… We were told food would be  served on the hills too…

For those of you in Madurai or visiting madurai please dont miss the spot…
