10 Biggest Brain Damaging Habits

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

Should P-Notes be scanned?

Indian markets are showing unprecedented growth & main reason behind this growth story is P-Notes in full called as Participatory notes

So what is a P-Notes?

To briefly explain, P-Notes are instruments which help unregistered Foreign Institutional Investors invest in Indian markets with the help of Registered Foreign Institutional Investors.

Mostly the identity of these investors is anonymous, thus it leads to possibility of terrorist misusing this privilege for creating wealth & for money laundering and leaving the markets more vulnerable.

I personally feel that we have used these P-Notes for getting more FII inflows & now it is time to regulate the markets.

All that glitters are not GOLD, that pretty much apply to P-Notes. So, I personally feel P-Notes must be scanned by SEBI(Securities and Exchange Board of India).

Show people what is in it for them? it works

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He
held up a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.” There were only a
few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped
them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote
some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would
see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to
the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to
see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, “Were u
the one who changed my sign this morning? What did u write?”

The man said, “I only wrote the truth. I said what u said but in a
different way.”
What he had written was:”Today is a beautiful day & I cannot see it.”

Do u think the first sign & the second sign were saying the same thing?
Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign
simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so
lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second
sign was more effective?

SO on this festival season lets promise to,
Be thankful for what we have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think
differently and positively. Invite the people towards good with wisdom.

Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets.

When Life gives us a 100 reasons to cry, show life that we have 1000
reasons to smile.
